If you are still using a razor knife or diagonal cutters to cut cable ties, I am going to kick your [*]! If I reach my arm into your work and rip it open because you did not use the proper tool for flush cutting, I will find you! Seriously, for the price of this tool you can do the job the right way. It works fine for the price. Turn the tension up until it cuts flush.

I bought this cable tie gun for a project I'm involved in rewiring and repairing a sound system in a church. It works great and gives a clean cut on all the ties I've used and the tension is very adjustable. It works as well as devices three times as expensive.

Great tool! I was very impressed with it until I dropped it. Trigger pin fell out. Tried to install 10-32 nut and bolt. Had to take it apart to do so. Heavy spring flew out and I can't install it correctly. If this happens to you ... make sure you take a picture of the inside components first. I now have a useless tie wrap cutter because there is no online diagram to reference spring position/placement.

The dial on the tool that controls tension of the cable tie before the blade cuts is hard to change; other than that it was a great tool to use. It saved me time when I was installing cable bundles; and time is money! It also gave the cable ties a flush cut so I did not have to worry about cutting up my hands when I was handling a cable bundle.

I bought this to aid in equipment upgrades. Once the new parts were installed and all new cabling ran we used these to cable tie hundreds of cable ties to clean up all the cable routing. The cable tie guns worked very well and made our customer very happy with the finished product. We were also happy because these cable tie guns worked almost as well as some of the ones we use that are 5-10 times the cost of these ones. I am very happy with this product and have purchased several more.
