Once I figured out how to use the Cable-Safe I realized I needed a number of them. I used 5 Cable-Safe kits to organize all the cables into long skinny bundles in various places under the desk. Now, the cables don't get all tangled up and they are easy to identify. I can also the move cables around to create new patches really quickly. Using one of the kits I managed to get the USB hub, and firewire hubs mounted up under the front of the desk so I have ready access to these connections as well.
I hate to admit it but I did have to read the instructions to know just how the whole thing worked...embarassing as it was, it was worth the read.

The Cable Safe does the trick as far cable management is concerned. All the wires and cables are put away, I just don't think it's very stylish. If you are practical, I guess it does not matter, but if you have a glass top desk like mine, you may want to consider other wire organizing products.

Incoming CATV ... phone lines ... network cables ... monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, and printer cords ... the clutter of wires under my desk was enough to get lost in. This product is a great way to manage all your wires and take back the vanity and space you once lost.

I put mine on the wall behind the entertainment tower to get the power strip off the floor and to hang all the splitters and antenna amp.
The clamp support was not used.

Pretty simple to set up and install. It does take a while to wrap all the cables, so allow yourself plenty of time to do it. The clamp didn't work so well on our desks (the clamps needed to be slightly larger). Overall, the product is OK, I still much prefer a cable channel, it makes it easier to reconfigure cables (you don't have to unwrap / re-wrap cables using a channel).
