All custom product sales are final and cannot be returned for credit. FACTORY CONFIGURED PRODUCTS: Factory configured products may be returned for credit within 30 days of shipment, and are subject to a 35% re-stocking charge if unopened, and an additional $250 (USD) if returned opened.
Orders cannot be canceled except with our consent. Cancellations are subject to a possible service charge. Cancellations of custom orders and/or special items may be subject to forfeiture for deposit.

Unlike mass consumer electronics that are produced in large numbers to satisfy a universal demand, Altinex products are designed for a specialized niche market, so they're manufactured in relatively small quantities. Since their design, engineering and production costs can't be divided among millions of units, small-batch Altinex products have a slightly higher cost per unit. In addition, Altinex spares no expense in developing the sturdiest metal fabrication designs possible, and uses the highest-quality materials available, including the pneumatic actuators found in their tabletop power/data interconnect boxes.
