CAB's Metallic Cable Rings allow you to create a high quality and cost effective cable suspension system. With these cable supports you get maximum strength and safety needed for aerial cable support.

  • Recommended spacing between rings (may vary according to type of cable and nature of installation):
    • 15” to 20” for ring sizes 1” through 2”
    • 12” to 15” for ring sizes 3” through 6”
  • Available in a several sizes so you can select the best one for your specific application
  • The advanced roll-form design of the rings combined with strong spring of their flat wire provide a tight and secure attachment to messenger wire
  • When running heavy cables or multiple cables you can use easy to install cable saddles for improved safety and to provide a wider load bearing area

 

Constructed from 3 types of metals to suit your application (type of material of the cable ring is chosen based on type of messenger wire used):

  • 316 Stainless Steel: ideal for use in sterile or highly corrosive environments
  • Galvanized Steel: ideal for use where high strength and stability during weather changes is necessary

 

CAB rings are manufactured in standard and long styles:

  • Standard – used for the suspension of single cables
  • Long (available by request) – Allows for the suspension of a second cable under the standard style ring from the same hanging strand and large size makes for easier installation
