When the Line Fault LED is lit what does that mean?
A wiring problem with the outlet the suppressor is plugged into is indicated by the red fault light. The most common condition is by far ungrounded outlets which cause this LED to come on. A loose outlet would be another condition that can trigger the LED light. If your line fault LED comes on at your location, please have a qualified electrician find and fix the problem. The line fault condition that the unit is reporting may affect the surge suppression capability of your unit as well as the Ultimate Lifetime Insurance (equipment damage coverage).
