Track Your Order Online

You can track your order online!

To find out the status of your order, please enter your order or reference number and zip code number below. These numbers were provided to you in an e-mail sent after your order was placed.

The US postal service offers delivery confirmation numbers only.  This service is not a true tracking number.  The status does not change until the package is actually delivered.  This often leads to confusion because it appears that there has been no movement on a package when, in fact, the package is on its way.  For more information on a US Postal System Package, you may need to contact your local Post Office and give them the delivery confirmation number.  They are often able to look up a more detailed status.

Please note : Tracking numbers are updated on weekdays only. If you place an order online on the weekends or evenings, The status may not show until we refresh the database the next business day. Also, some items that have a lead time may show as shipped even though they are not. The date shown on those items is the date the order was sent to production. If there is not a tracking number associated with your order, it may not have shipped.
