Is the sleeving see-through?
The more you expand the sleeving, that is push it together more, the sleeve opens up and it is much easier to see through the fibers making up the sleeving. A suggestion to keep this from happening would be to order a sleeve with a nominal diameter (inside diameter) closer to the diameter of your cable(s).
