The VP500-100 HDMI to VGA converter from Altinex® supports all resolutions up to 1920x1080/60Hz, and allows simple, user-friendly connection of an HDMI media source to a 15-pin HD VGA display. This HDMI to VGA audio/video converter with full HDCP support is compatible with today’s latest high definition sources such as HD-DVD, Blu-Ray, Playstation® 3, PC or laptop graphics cards, and many other multimedia devices. |
- Automatically detects, strips, and outputs the HDMI audio signal in both digital and analog formats for easy connection to a PA, receiver, or other sound system
- Universal design is compatible with both HDCP and non-HDCP sources
- Lightweight, compact construction is easy to store and hide from sight behind a display
- Utilizes the HDMI device as a source of power, and includes a convenient external power adapter in the event the source supplies insufficient power, or none at all
- Slim-profile power adapter protrudes less than 1 inch from the receptacle or power strip
