Frame System

16-fold continuously welded frame provides 30% more dimensional stability over traditional style frames
Excellent strength and rigidity while remaining light in weight so you can move your enclosure during network maintenance without worrying about frame collapse or other structural damage
Multiple internal surfaces and access points for mounting equipment, patch panels, cable management and shelves
External access provided at all installation points for easy mounting of doors, sidewalls, and baying of enclosures
Each enclosure provides a maximum internal volume in relation to its footprint
3,200 lb. maximum load capacity for safely storing and securing almost any type of network equipment that you can fit inside
Torsion-free structure

Doors and Walls

Doors are easily removed and can be reversed to fit your server room or baying specifications
Load-bearing capacity is not affected by external surfaces, such as doors and sidewalls
Multiple installation methods are available for sidewalls; they can be screwed on externally, locked securely in place from the inside, or hinged for convenient side door access
Perforated areas on doors meet or exceed server manufacturer specifications, and provide increased airflow to hot and hardworking networking components
Studs available on all panels for proper grounding and installation
Door stiffener increases the structural stability of the door and provides additional mounting surface for fans or other cooling/airflow devices, as well as additional cable management

Vertical Mounting Rails

Floating installation system allows you to adjust the vertical rails independently from one another
Fully adjustable rail depth allows you to install your hardware and components securely without affecting the enclosure's load capacity, regardless of where you positioned the rails
"Z" shaped, multi-fold profile rails provide multiple mounting surfaces for components and cable management, while providing a high-load bearing capacity so you can make full use of your enclosure's space
Mounting holes are U marked clearly on both the front and rear surfaces of each rail so you can eliminate time consuming guess work, and rest assured that your valuable equipment is installed level
24" wide racks provide full 19" mounting capability, while the 28" and 32" wide racks provide both 19” and 23" mounting capacity
